超聲波測(cè)厚儀是采用最新的高性能、低功耗微處理器技術(shù),基于超聲波測(cè)量原理,可以測(cè)量金屬及其它多種材料的厚度,并可以對(duì)材料的聲速進(jìn)行測(cè)量。可以對(duì)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備中各種管道和壓力容器進(jìn)行厚度測(cè)量,監(jiān)測(cè)它們?cè)谑褂眠^(guò)程中受腐蝕后的減薄程度,也可以對(duì)各種板材和各種加工零件作精確測(cè)量 [1]。
超聲波測(cè)厚儀主要有主機(jī)和探頭兩部分組成。主機(jī)電路包括發(fā)射電路、接收電路、計(jì)數(shù)顯示電路三部分,由發(fā)射電路產(chǎn)生的高壓沖擊波激勵(lì)探頭,產(chǎn)生超聲發(fā)射脈沖波,脈沖波經(jīng)介質(zhì)介面反射后被接收電路接收,通過(guò)單片機(jī)計(jì)數(shù)處理后,經(jīng)液晶顯示器顯示厚度數(shù)值,它主要根據(jù)聲波在試樣中的傳播速度乘以通過(guò)試樣的時(shí)間的一半而得到試樣的厚度。
